This Privacy Policy (hereinafter "Policy") applies to all personal data processed in connection with the use of the Skuads Service (web application, iOS and Android mobile applications, API, generated websites and related integrations).

Depending on the subscription plan and Service configuration, the following categories of data may be processed:
First name, last name, email address, phone number, company name, role, profile photo, language and User preferences.
Login history, activity logs, preferences, settings, actions performed within the Service, IP address, device type, browser, cookies and similar technologies.
Access identifiers and tokens for third-party accounts connected by the User (advertising accounts, local presence, social networks, etc.) via secure authentication protocols.
Files, images, videos, texts, message templates, configurations and any content imported or generated by the User through the Service.
Contact lists, audience segments, email and SMS campaign histories, tracking data (opens, clicks, unsubscribes), consent status (opt-in/opt-out).
Inbound call histories, caller phone numbers, call recordings and transcriptions (only where the feature is enabled). The User is responsible for informing callers and obtaining necessary consents in accordance with applicable regulations.
Data from connected analytics and advertising integrations (views, clicks, calls, reviews, positions, etc.).
Messages, attachments and exchanges in the context of technical support requests addressed to the Publisher.
When using content generation features, data entered by the User (briefs, texts, public website URLs) may be transmitted to artificial intelligence models. Such data is used solely to produce the requested outputs and is not used to train third-party models.

No personal data is retained beyond what is strictly necessary for the operation of the Service.
Account deletion: The User is free to delete their Skuads account at any time from their profile settings. Deleting the account results in the immediate and permanent deletion of all associated personal data — profile, history, generated content, campaign data — with no possibility of recovery.
The Service uses cookies and similar technologies (pixels, local storage, etc.) for its operation, security and audience measurement. Cookies strictly necessary for the Service to function do not require consent. Non-essential analytical or audience measurement cookies may be subject to prior consent in accordance with applicable ePrivacy regulations.

As no security measure is absolute, the Publisher cannot guarantee total protection against all breaches. The Service is exclusively intended for professionals and is not designed for use by persons under eighteen (18) years of age. The Publisher does not knowingly collect personal data relating to minors.
The Publisher reserves the right to update this Policy at any time to reflect changes to the Service, legislation or its practices. In the event of a material change, Users will be informed by appropriate means (email, in-Service notification) with reasonable notice before the new version takes effect.
